I send an email since you can not call and speak with anyone regarding issues. No response and no resolution
I paid for a second box and it was never delivered. I tried to call customer service and no one will take a call.

Their number is disconnected and I've been emailing these people for 2 weeks now and still haven't heard back from him so

This was not battle boxes fault.
My fault. Withdrawal did not clear.
Have since rectified the problem.

Resolved: Package didn't arrive and shows delivered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Had to jump through circles with the damn shop app. Package will show delivered, and when you look again, it hasn't been shipped.
Keeps changing. Total *** shipping shop somewhere else.

I have 10 different ways to filter water! I have 10 different ways to start a fire. You send me the same products... I'm not happy receiving the same thing for the money I pay!!!

Box was stolen box customer service
Bad service on phone dont call back bad product will not be buying again or recommending to any of my friends or family members. When I called no one answers when.
They do I get not much help.

No number to call and have been billed twice for 1 box for the last 4 months
There is no customer service number. I have been battling this for the last 4 months.
Battlbox sends one box but bills twice. That amounts to almost $400/month, and I've tried the customer service email, yet no one has responded.

Junk not worth it
I spent 180 and got crap not worth 20 dollars so do not do it you will be spending your money for nothing plus no number to complain.

I tried to call your phone number is disconnected. Not a great way to start.
Had a question about the tent that was supposed to be included with my first box. Then I started to text your customer service who rerouted me to a third-party and wanted me to join and give them my credit card information for $10 a month telling me that Id be refunded.
What kind of *** is that as an ex veteran the last thing I want is more *** to do especially when I have a problem I should be able to contact you through text or phone not go through some third-party that wants my credit card information to get you guys a message, this is *** you need to get it fixed. You will lose customers with service like this.
